I would like to start by saying this was hands down the best experience I have ever received from a dealership ever. Nayomi and Ramon were a great team to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car especially our military families. We were treated as family and they respected what our budget was and worked their magic on getting us what we wanted. We left with a great car and some new friends

My experience overall was pretty good. I truly hope my initial visit experiences were a one of. I had issues with my financing, issues with my registration being military out of state resident, and received a dirty and unknowingly damaged vehicle. In the long run, the finance was resolved with the help of my bank, Shout out to awesome service USAA, and the damage was corrected by two awesome service providers at the dealership, Tony Ayanez and Carlos Flores. *The GM reached out to see if there was anything else they could do to correct the issue. The simple fact they asked and are attempting is the ultimate in customer service. I really appreciate that in this day and age. Thanks for helping me salvage this car deal! Lessons Learned: 1)Take any used car to another location to be inspected and then make the dealership write all repairs on the form prior to finalizing the deal. 2)Do not sign for financing that you do not completely agree with and definitely do not take the car home if you have any questions. It's a legal loop hole once you take possession.3) Talk to the dealership and make sure you like and trust your Sales Associate, if you find a good one like Tony they won't steer you wrong.

How can I thank everyone enough. I did not end up leaving my vehicle here but you have two rock star studs in Zach and Dave. I had general questions about warranty ( cause you know no one wants to pay for their repairs ) and asked about my trim and some add on options. I tried for weeks to get answers at others dealers after just to compare prices, felt like they didn't want my business do what you can to keep Zach and Dave around. I will be in soon!
