The last time I was there about 1.5 years ago I had a family emergency and needed my car back immediately to catch a flight back home. Dave Greathouse helped me to expedite the process so I could make my flight. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. I would give him 5 stars individually. I have been here before and the service was okay due to long wait times and no follow up or late follow up calls. It is best to have an appointment because they are a busy location but wait times can be hours even with an appointment. I recommend calling them to see if your car is ready if they haven't called you by the time they said it should be done, just because sometimes they get busy and don't get a chance to call you back right away.The shuttle service is very convenient. However if you have to work it is best to plan on dropping off your vehicle and coming back later to get it, or to take care of it on your day off.(I have used them for oil changes, fixing a broken coil and all the things it messed up for misfiring i.e. spark plugs, ignition wires and a few other things like fluid flushes).
I recently purchased a new minivan at Rancho Chrysler. I had a great experience with our salesman, Alex Afkarian. He was not pushy at all and was very helpful. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase but ended up finding a model we liked. I also liked that he talked to me, not just to my husband, which is what it seems like most male salespersons do. We have purchased a fair amount of cars from dealers in the past and I usually end up leaving hating the dealership. This was not the case here.
I got to say some of the best service experience I’ve had at a dealership. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, their new program with calling Uber's instead of waiting for the shuttle is incredible. Zach at the service desk is second to none and should be recognized for his diligence and attentiveness.
